Abstract
The Research Institute for Medicines (iMed.ULisboa), based at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon (FFULisbon), is a multidisciplinary institute committed to advancing therapeutic innovation across major health challenges, including cancer, neurodegenerative, metabolic, and infectious diseases.
In this presentation, I will introduce iMed.ULisboa’s research ecosystem, highlighting key scientific, translational, and technological hubs. I will share an overview of institutional and collaborative projects—national and international—that are shaping our contribution to cancer immunotherapy and related fields.
With strong capabilities in both basic and translational research, and access to preclinical and clinical infrastructures, iMed.ULisboa is strategically positioned to expand its global collaborations. I look forward to using this occasion to identify additional shared interests and lay the groundwork to expand our scientific collaboration with Tel Aviv University.
