Prof. Alexander Logunov, first IAS Outstanding Junior Fellow, is 2021 New Horizons Prize Laureate in Mathematics

The first IAS Outstanding Junior Fellow, the young mathematician Prof. Sasha Logunov from Princeton University won the 2021 New Horizons Prize in Mathematics, which is awarded to early-career scientists who have already made a substantial impact on their fields. He has been rewarded “for novel techniques to study solutions to elliptic equations and their application to long-standing problems in nodal geometry."
